All coaching, rehearsal and private practise will take place at Kinnordy. Accommodation will be in shared rooms in the house. The nearest train station is Dundee and the nearest airports are Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
Tutors

Structure
Daily coaching from the three tutors plus private rehearsal and practice time.
Working in groups that combine ensembles and tutors on separate repertoire.
Fees
The fee for the Residency is £375 per musician. We are seeking to provide bursaries (granted on an individual basis), but cannot guarantee that these will cover the entire cost.
Participants will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Kinnordy House or, if coming by train to Dundee station.
There are no performance fees for any of the artists at the Easter Course.
Application Process
We welcome applications from chamber ensembles (any combination of strings/piano). A maximum of three groups will be accepted. At least one member of a duo or trio, or two members of a quartet should be in full time education or have recently graduated (Summer 2018 or 2019). Please nominate one of your ensemble as your main contact then write to us with the following:
- A covering letter, telling us why you’d like the opportunity to participate in the Easter Course
- A full biography of your ensemble
- Biography of each ensemble member and their musical education.
- Two references from musicians of standing who have heard your ensemble perform
- Any further materials at your discretion; CDs, reviews, publicity, etc.
